ALL FUR PIECES ARE FINAL SALE.          

We want you to love our jewelry, but if for any reason you are not fully       satisfied, we're here to help.

• Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order.
